GEO retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including to respond to inquiries, provide services, maintain operational and business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal, tax, insurance, or regulatory obligations.

GEO does not discriminate against a person for exercising a privacy right. If GEO becomes subject to a law requiring a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" mechanism or recognition of Global Privacy Control, the website must implement the required choice before the related activity begins.
